Fully configurable by dedicated PC software, the DGblock digital controller offers all the functions of a dedicated Tension control system for high-dynamic multi-spindles applications: emergency stop, soft start, bobbin shaft lock and release, etc.
The Tension setpoint can be fully remotely controlled, especially using its advanced TCP/IP communication functions.

The DGblock is fully compatible with all types of force sensors, laser, ultrasonic, or potentiometers, as direct inputs.
Te use of its free software dramatically simplifies the setting up and the calibration (no switches, jumpers or resistors to adjust).
